Not So Pale Chocolate Ale is a delightfully dark twist on our signature American Pale Ale. We brew our chocolate ale with cascade and centennial hops, and the addition of some darker malts impart roasty, chocolatey notes that complement the malt sweetness. Pure liquid cacao provides a gentle chocolate finish making this one of our most balanced and complex beers.
