Based on our What the Buck American Pale, Parrish Drive boasts a nice between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Parrish Drive is hopped with Simcoe and mosaic during the boil, and generous amounts of Simcoe and Zythos hops are added during the whirlpool. Giving this beer a nice finish with notes and aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, and pine.
