Petit week end à Angers, on demande l’avis du serveur de Craft Beer pour repartir avec un souvenir. Mon impression : Une NEIPA comme on l’attend ! Une bière trouble, faible mousse, odeur exotique (et de cacahuète ?!?) avec des goûts de fruits exotiques et une légère acidité qui vient mener sur de l’ananas.

Très belle robe, légèr col de mousse. Nez léger et fruité. En bouche elle est très douce et finement gazeuse. Plutôt très bien!
