Hellgelbe/wässerige Farbe, grossporiger Schaum, trüb. Den Hopfen mit Zitrusnoten hat man sofort in der Nase. Auch sonst riecht man tropische (Zitrus-)Fruchtnoten. Im Antrunk süss und eine leichte bis mittlere Bittere kommt dazu. Im Gaumen bleibt die Süsse, aber die Bittere übernimmt. Diese bleibt im Abgang lange. Leicht spritzig ist das Bier. Den Vol Alc mit 4.4 finde ich für ein Pale Ale etwas tief. Als Foodpairing würde ich Reis-Casimir empfehlen, es passt aber auch zu einem Fruchtkuchen.
