We made this new West Coast styled IPA using a craft malt base from our friends at Sugar Creek Malt House and 100% Cryo hops. This freely isolated lupulin oil is a killer opportunity to harness the raw power of green, candy-like hip flavors and dank aromas. Using Citra and Simcoe cryo in the whirlpool, we set a base of bright citrus and finished the beer with Mosaic and Simcoe cryo to forge a resinous, tropically dank nose.
