Marjaa, rusinaa, viiniä, hapokkuutta, kuivahtava jälkimaku, pieni kitkeryys jää ikeniin. Omalla tavallaan hyvä, kun jotain normista poikkeavaa, mutta vähän jo mietityttää kun kaapissa on toinenkin odottamassa 😅

Smooth and full-bodied ale. Oaky sherry, dried fruits, plum, malt and raisin aromas. Nice 👍

Saturday evening with basketball's European champions tournament in tv. Domestic sherry barrel aged imperial red ale for Saturday evening. Redbrown murky beer with creamy thin foam. Scent to fermented berries, winey and ..cinnamon. Taste is sweet, winey with woody feeling. Flavors of overripe plums, fermenting berries, winey with sherry characteristics. Interesting and pretty tasty, in blind tasting I would err to claim that this is barley wine instead of imperial red ale.
