For this India Pale Ale we have used the tropical hop Azacca - offering mango, pineapple and citrus, which has then been enhanced by aromas of grapefruit, pine and herbs from Simcoe. This hop combination has produced a juicy beer, with earthy undertones keeping the vibrant flavour grounded.
