Cold IPA.
Fragrant, deep and intense, whilst delicate, this India Pale has been fermentad with special Kolsh yeast and hopped with neoclassical duo of Citra / Mosaic, luscious Sabro and elegant Nelson Sauvin along with some subtle Hallertau Blanc. Some tricks with thiols were also implemented.

Много намешано, в итоге сложноанализируемое пиво, цельного впечатления нет, ровно как и баланса. Цыганский компот.
Пьётся потихоньку и то хорошо.
