For this Hazy IPA some of the most sought after hops were flown in by the hop merchants themselves the day after they were pelletized by the lovely fellows at Hollingbery and Sons from Yakima, Washington. With the help from Fast Fashion Beer - Anchovy hops directly from the famed Segal Ranch for notes of watermelon hard candy. Pink hops for notes of cotton candy. HBC1019 for loads of tropical fruits and Idaho 7 from its initial breeder - Jacksons Hop Farm for notes of zesty tangerine marmalade.

Très bonne IPA sans trop d'amertume et avec une jolie note de fraîcheur légèrement fruitée. J'ai beaucoup aimé.

Kirkkaan ja kevyen maitomaisen keltaista ja sameaa. Kepoinen ja pienikuplainen vaahto. Tuoksu makeahkon trooppisen hedelmäinen (ananasta, mangoa, persikkaa), vihreän ruohoinen ja yrttinen. Maku maukkaan, makean ja kypsän trooppisen hedelmäinen (mangoa, ananasta, persikkaa, appelsiinia, rypälettä), kevyen dänkkinen ja aavistuksen tunkkainen, kepeän ruohoinen ja yrttinen, pehmeän ja kepeän vaalean maltainen sekä maltillisen mutta sopivan humalaisen katkera. Oikein hyvät, raikkaat ja tasapainoiset maut. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen, pehmeähkö ja hiilihappoinen. Maukas, runsaan ja miellyttävän trooppisen hedelmäinen ja oikein mukavasti juotava NEIPA. Erittäinkin hyvä!
