HOP WELDER a COLD IPA 6.7%vol enriched with Citra+Ekuanot+El-Dorado hops from @yakimachiefeu 17g/L and with Greek malt (single malt) PILSNER creates a foul aromatic crispy and dry body. Cold IPA is an IPA in which, instead of Ale yeast, we use Lager yeast that ferments at a high temperature like an Ale. We also use a large amount of hops like in a classic IPA.
