The Castelain Brewery introduced Jade, France's first organic beer way back in 1986! Made from organic hops and barley and artesian well water drawn from on site, Jade is a medium bodied, pale amber ale with spicy overtones, hints of hay and brown sugar, and citrus hops. Try it with roasted free range chicken & root veggies.

Halleluja! Ein französisches Blonde ohne Zuckersirup, Schwefelsäure und E605! Ein sehr mildes, etwas malziges Blonde mit relativ wenig Alkohol und ohne irgendwelche Pimpereien. Mild, überaus mild, ohne besondere Geschmackssensationen, kaum Bittere, aber auch ohne Fehler und ohne falsche Zutaten. Das wird jetzt nicht mein Lieblingsbier, aber es trägt zur Ehrenrettung der französischen Brauerzunft bei.
