A collaboration between Purity Brewery and Westons Cider. Brewed with English Target hops and gently matured in oak casks to ensure a lovely, balanced dry finish, with sweet undertones.

This is a really interesting cider. The Apple is subtle as it is overtaken by hops. The aroma gives hints of pine but the flavour gives hints of lemon and citrus. Light to drink and refreshing.

That is one of the best hopped ciders I have tasted. A lovely citrus like taste lingers from the hops. Nice.
