Our most recent collaboration with our buddies at @otherhalfnyc resulted in a big Hazy Double IPA.
Okra is made with a creamy DIPA oat-infused base and loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron hops from the latest New Zealand harvest. And while this collab may not actually contain any okra, it is thick and hazy just like a bowl of gumbo. Tasting notes of key lime zest, Sauvignon Blanc spritz, ripe pineapple, and juicy Alphonso mangoes.

Dipa plutôt lourd et grasse, passion /mangue. Manque de finesse.

Maistelu nro 3 eiliseltä. Hieman tavanomaisempi ipa. Tuhtia makua ja hedelmäisyyttä. Kolmea eri humalaa, joista Motueka mulle ennestään tuntematon. Vetäjältä hauska vitsi: Missä järjestyksessä humalat laitetaan olueen? No Motueka ensimmäisenä. Heh heh.

I don't get Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron that clearly. Maybe hops have faded a little bit.
Lots of over riped fruits, grapefruit, bitterness, lime, pine, white wine and dank.
