Once you pick your mouth up from the floor after seeing the colour you put it to your nose and take a whiff. You are greeted with a slightly sour plum and citrus.
Once you work up the courage to take a mouthful you are punched in the mouth with sourness that lasts in the back of your month. After the second mouthful you start to get flavours of plum, plum and plum with a citrus finish.
I would say this is more like a cider
