It's hop harvest season, so in anticipation of this year's fresh batch, we're using this months Volumes to showcase Phantasm - a brand new, experimental hop blend featuring a natural ingredient derived from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which supercharges hop flavours. This blend ensures a massive amount of aromatics make it into the finished beer, providing an intense tropical profile.
