Kuin kahvia joisi. Varmaan hyvä tuote. Mutta ei oikein itselle sopiva. Maistelulautasessa muiden mukana.

Advent Calendar #️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ offers a Pastry Bock. Pastry characteristics fit nicely in a Dunkler Bock flavor universe.
Looks dark brown with a ruby tint. Transparent since the light goes through it. Introverted carbonation. A bisque, billowy froth elevates up to two fingers. Medium retention.
Caramel, toffee, roasted almond, vanilla, cacao nibs and faint sweet cold-brew coffee. That's my breakdown of the olfactory provision. Maybe also a dash of maple syrup in the background. Multiple elements indeed.
The taste profile gives sugared coffee, dark caramel, distant roasted almond, Dr Pepper, vanilla, black cherry, raw chocolate and raw cacao powder. The dark malty backbone is not particularly sturdy, which increases the soft drink impression at the expense of a dessert. Nevertheless, the collection of flavors is multifaceted and unique.
The body clocks light to light-medium. The tail waves in synchrony with roasted malt, bitter caramel, black tea, raw chocolate and a grassy touch.
The mouthfeel is light-medium, tea-like, interestingly also a bit soft-drink-like, rich and relatively unchallenging. Contains promising qualifications but remains slightly wanting. Too many compromises maybe?

Kurzrezi aus dem Locksmith Brewhouse:
Trüber Bock mit karamellmalziger Attitüde die von deutlich Vanille unterstützt wird. Hat was.

Een apart bier.
Gebrande karamelmout, chocolade en zeker vanille. Zoet qua smaak, dik van de lactose/melksuiker en bitter in de afdronk.🍻
