Acidité modérée et rhubarbe, groseilles… myrtilles. Sympa!

Flight 3/4. Oh my, this is a beautiful piece: impenetrable, deep garnet beer. Carbonation is decent as a product of which an off-white head forms on the top. Attractive scent: sweet blackcurrant jam, cherry and loads of vanilla. Cranberry counts also as my takeaway. The palate serves interesting nuances: like sweet blackcurrant turned sour. Juicy, not jam-like. Cranberry definitely, redcurrant and rowanberry. Lactic acid sharpens the cocktail whereas lactose tries to reverse the path. The body is light-medium. The end smashes red berries in a bowl, blackcurrant is not as evident anymore, rather redcurrant, cranberry and lingonberry. Keeps my tastebuds active for long. The mouthfeel is light-medium, tart, puckering, juicy, somewhat deep and lip-glueing. Tasty smash!
