Even though it’s our birthday, you’re getting a gift. How fair is that⁉️ Many of you have asked for naïlon beat in past months and we get it. It’s a delicious beverage and disappears too quickly. While we want to keep our “tradition” and brew a new version once a year before summer, a new stronger sour was definitely missing from our selection. Well, this is it! Presenting jubilee, apricot & sea buckthorn pastry sour with salt and thyme. It’s everything, all at once - thick, sweet, sour, salty and ever so slightly herbal. Honestly, we might have hit just the right balance and flavor complexity. But as always, you’ll be the judge of that!
