Robe opaque d'un très beau rouge, pétillance légère, petit col de mousse rouge aérée non persistant. Arôme de cerises à la liqueur, notes de vanille. Saveurs de cerises, de mangue, une petite touche de groseilles. Une bière à la texture épaisse et onctueuse, le mariage des fruits et de l'acidité est un pur délice ! Du haut niveau !
