Whoaw what a weird one, in a good way! The aroma is sweet, has vanilla coming through, it a weird way it does resemble a cheesecake. First hit is the strong sour and a bit bitter fruity flavour. This is nicely followed by sweet aftertaste. It does not feel like a 7.6% ale. Concept of a cottage cheese desert beer sounded weird, but it delivered quite nice in my opinion 👌
