Very slight pumpkin spice flavour, some cinnamon and vanilla too, quite a nice stout

Dark, barely any head. Smells & tastes like burnt bread. Sour aftertaste & too much spice. Definitely not seeing the pumpkin spice.

First off, I am not a stout drinker. I don't usually go darker than a porter. This one, to me, tastes more porter than stout, which is a good thing for personally. The pumpkin spice flavour is, thankfully, very subtle. The texture is velvety, and the taste does have a nice maltiness that remains after the spiced notes. I wouldn't rush out to buy more, but it's nice for a change.

Quite a nice tasting stout, you certainly get the spiced with a roasted malt aftertaste 👍
