Best beer from Pastore's Brewser box. The rhubarb and lacto sourness hits well but there's a lot of complexity behind this. The wild yeast funk is not too strong and the wine barrel aging brings a smooth fruitiness to the flavour. Well recommended.

A big orangey citrus zing with a slight dryness. Much like cranberry juice. Very good beer even if not in my brother in law's taste.
