Maltainen, toffeeta, leipämäisyytä (limppua tms), keksiä sekä kivan raikas. Kiva kevyen täyteläinen, samettinen ja juotava Lager kevyellä rukiisella otteella. Menisi kyllä kesällä terassilla useampi janoon 👍

Tuoksu todella maltainen ja makea. Maussa paljon maltaisuutta mistä tulee leivän, varsinkin makean limpun makua, toffeeta ja keksimäisyyttä, rukiinen aromi löytyy myös. Maku täyteläinen ja hieman hieman samettinen tuutuntuma. Kelpo olut!

Ei huono kolmen viljan kombo, hieman ruismainen jälkimaku. Oikein hyvä huikopalan kyytipoika janon sammutukseen!

Transparent, chestnut brown beer with dancing carbonation unlocks a creamy off-white head that elevates two fingers high. A billowy lacing adorns the top together with a thick-looking ring on the sides. The scent is much less pronounced than what the appearance would indicate. I find malt, rye bread, juniper berry and lingonberry, all fairly subdued anyway. A faint herbal vibe lingers in the shadows. But yes, quite weak all in all. The flavors include slightly sweetish caramel, grassy hops, intensive dark malt, even a wisp of raw cacao. Hmmm... okay, the color somehow suggests what would come but I still hoped for more refreshing and traditional Festbier variables. The body is light. The finish is malty, dark bready, even marginally rye-doughy and distinctly bitter caramelly. Will I see the aftertaste give more than I can take? Will I only harvest some? As the days fly past will we lose our grasp or fuse it in the sun? The mouthfeel is light, modestly crisp, mouthcoating, satiating and smooth. Viimeisiä sadonkorjuuoluita viedään. Kaikki kolme viljaa maistuvat mukavasti, eikä mikään hallitse liikaa. Makeudesta ohran maltaisuuden kauttarukiin potkuun. Kelpo esitys, jatkoon.
