Vaalea, hieman utuinen keltainen. Tuoksussa ylikypsää sitruunaa. Pehmeän rapsakka kärki, sitruksinen hyökyaalto seuraa oitis perästä pehmeän mallastaustan kanssa. Sitruunaisuus jatkuu läpi koko maun ja lopussa mukaan herkeää myös chilin poltto sekä kepeä paprikan maku.
