Had his first out of my Brewser box, the first box of autumn it felt right to have a sour box I went with the DDH first because I wasn't really expecting very much from it Well I was definitely wrong big citrus notes coming through lemony with a smooth mouth feel just beautiful! This is definitely the best sour IPA or hopped sour that I've ever had, I'm not usually that impressed by the style but this is honestly great. Lovely citrus dry hopped aroma, hazy with a good pour/head and a decent lactic sour hit.

Collab with Gamma. Hoppy sour should be interesting. Deep honey coloured and quite hazy. Interesting tangy sourness on the nose like nettle and fruit. Ooh interesting yes, sour first sip that hits you at the end and the hops in the middle make it fruity without adjunct. There's a hint of salt in the finish but overall it's fruity with peach, orange, lemon, grapefruit and honey. There is a slight sweetness. I'm a big fan of Pastore, kings of sour in the same league as Holy Goat. This brew is different than Holy Goats with the use of hops to make it fruity, along with the all important yeast of course. DDH hops at that. I'm impressed. Not easy to drink really but it's morish so you keep going back for another hit.
