Brewdog Shore Leave Prösterchen Mit den Hopfen Columbus, Mosaic und Citra ist dieses Amber Ale gebraut. Die Farbe ist orange und leicht getrübt. Die Blume ist feinstporig, gut ausgeprägt und toll stabil. Die Nase erinnert an ein Pale Ale und ist fruchtig, citral. Geschmacklich erinnert es an Butterkeks, Mandarinen, Weinbergpfirsiche und das alles sehr dezent. Bei schwachem Körper verwässert die Mitte bevor der Abgang hopfig herb noch etwas Fahrt aufnimmt. Der Alkoholgehalt ist mit 4,3 Prozent angegeben. Ein Bier welches sich (leicht) wieder aus meinen Erinnerungen stiehlt. 3/4,5/3/3
