Blueberry Cheesecake is a favourite of many at Thornbridge Brewery and seemed like a rewarding challenge to add to our Pardus series, It's dangerously decadent, with a delightful fruit-forward profile, balanced with roasted malt and dark chocolate undertones. On the palate, it provides a rich creamy texture, and balanced sweetness and the finish is lingering and indulgent.
