Our second Northern Monk Presents release is a DDH IPA showcasing Idaho 7 in CGX form from Crosby Hops. Backed up with Citra and Sabro to give you a juicy number that packs a surprisingly juicy hit at an almost-sessionable 5.5%. Flavours of juicy tropical and stone fruits, as well as pink grapefruit, pine, coconut, citrus come to fore. You won't need much of a sign to point them out; you'll know from the first sip.

Samea, vaaleankeltainen olut saa ylleen todella runsaan, paksun ja kestävän vaahdon. Tuoksusta voi erottaa makeaa hedelmää sekä kookosta. Maussa jatketaan pitkälti tuoksun tuoman ensivaikutelman jäljillä ; kevyesti trooppista hedelmäisyyttä jälkimaun tuodessa mukanaan kookoksen aromit. Alkupuolella makua mukana myös kevyesti havuisuutta. Varsin monipuolinen mutta samalla tasapainoinen tuotos. Kannattaa muuten repäistä etikettiä auki sillä taustalla on paljon mielenkiintoista tarinaa.
