Todella hyvä Dipa, hieman makeahko, holi ei juurikaan maistu tässä. Erittäin "puhdas" tuoksu.

Heti avatessa alko lyö läpi tuoksussa ja maussa. Lämmettyään tasaisempi, paksuhko, makea -- mutta juuri sopivasti rajoilla. Jälkimakua riittää, hissun kissun hörppien. Pientä hop burnia. Mielenkiintoinen, paranee vain.

Friday evening's treat: dipa from a dutch craftbeer brewery. Pours hazy, but otherwise bright yellow beer. Rapid foam. Scent is to tropical fruits: pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Taste is sweet, but not too sweet. Flavors of sugared grapefruit slices, dried apricots, peaches and pineapples = fruitbomb. Only minus is the lack of hoppy bitterness. Pretty good though.
