Our new Witbier has the original base of Pils malt and 15% oats boosted by way of 40% wheat in the grist, and we also modified the mashing, fermentation and maturation regimes to do the style justice.
The result: a beer with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, low bitterness, subtle glowing haze, and citrus notes from dried bitter orange peel and freshly ground coriander added to the kettle.

It's a wheat beer. Of course it's great.

Better than most wheat beers, but that's like saying that this is better than most bouts of diarrhoea. Very aromatic, a bit floral and slightly sweet.
In its favour, it does pair well with orangeade for a nice radler.

Delicious wheaty beer. Light and citrusy, it’s nice and smooth. One of the best wheat beers I’ve had.

Nice tasting fruity beer . Don’t normally like a wiet bier but this one is kinda like a lager
