Wow. My choice for 2013's best wet hopped beer was 2015's worst. Happily, Hoyne made a huge comeback this year using Cascade hops from a new supplier as opposed to Centennial from Sartori (according to their website, see the link above). Dark colour with a surprisingly light body.
It's a nice contrast with Driftwood's Sartori because you to get a real sense of what wet/fresh hops contribute to the beer, which an IPA's bitterness typically masks (I had the same issue with Powell Street when they switched out from a wet hopped pale ale to an IPA.
Short shelf life on wet hopped beers so buy, consume and savour in short order.
