Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. This particular version sees us use the newest hop from Indie Hops: Luminosa. According to the breeder ”The bright fresh fruits of Luminosa make us feel transported to the sunny white sands of a Caribbean beach with notes of Peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, papaya and guava can all be found. It is also almost completely void of the resinous/piney character”.
