Solo/single hop brews aren't always great and this beer tows the line between not great and good. Perhaps it's like solo Nelson, best as part of a mixed brew. It's big for a pale ale, I'd call it an IPA really. Opaque but yes it's particularly pale like cream was added. Speaking off which the mouthfeel is nice and soft, fairly thick, gentle fizz. It's packed with over ripe stone fruit and tropical notes that really make it tang...not in an entirely pleasant way. Though you can't deny this beer is thoroughly hopped. I was probably harsh when I said tows the line...it is decidedly good. Not amazing as it's 360° brewing company, but definitely the best of theirs I've had to date. I was hot a thirsty so decided to stop at the bottle shop this time. Glad I did.
