Been way too long since Ryan and I reviewed a beer. This is a beer he gave me. Untitled Art is awesome. Sweet aroma, sugar and waffle cone. Texture is soft and smooth but not extremely heavy. Flavor is very sweet, definitely can taste the brown rolled ice cream waffle cone. Also has some vanilla and a white chocolate. All these flavors are good but.... the chocolate is familiar. Not Hershey's, or Nestle's, or a European Swiss. It's the same flavor I've experienced at 903 Brewers and Martin House, both adjuncts. Not bad or overdone, just not to Untitled Art's standards. I unfairly hold them to a higher standard. The finish continues the flavor, modestly becoming sticky. For me, a rating of 4.0 for an Untitled Art experience is low. I expect more from them and using artificial flavors is disappointing. They collect a premium for their beers and to continue this policy will result in me and many others to refuse to pay it.
