🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day 🇺🇸. This is a little old school like as it is quite hoppy that is lightly dank. Has some grapefruit and pine. Has a light+ berry taste. Says it is a west coast IPA but this does not taste like a classic. Checks quite a few boxes tho as it is really hoppy, has pine and is citrusy. But it’s also a little hazy, has berry to it and not much of a malt profile. Overall though it is excellent. The hoppy taste just lingers in the mouth making you just want more and more. Switching to my German Weiss and Fest biers as it is 95 degrees (35c) out. Hottest day of the year although it might be hotter tomorrow. Need something lighter and the Weiss especially goes with the temp. Usual suspects (Hacker and Hofbrauhaus)
