Fairly flat once poured. A bit of head but dissipates quickly, which is quite common with the gluten free beers I have tasted.
Sweet fruity aroma coming through. Taste definitely packs mango flavour, with a sour aftertaste. Odly enough, reminds me of a homemade wine.
