A light coloured beer with a rounded grassy aroma, slightly floral with a crisp biscuity mouthfeel. Balanced with subtle hops, Pacific Gem and Tradition, lagered for 8 weeks, but top fermented using Black Isle's house yeast. The skill of the head German brewer, coupled with the history of this Scottish brewery.

Very white ale tasting.
Not a favourite of mine. Malty floral notes.

decent enough drink but nothing special. nice hoppy aroma and taste with a subtle fruitiness mixed in. slight sweetness to finish but enjoyable. smooth and easy drinking session ale even at the abv. a bit too carbonated for my liking but still drinkable
