We have taken our original Halcyon recipe, already known for its huge hop profile, and turned it up to 11! It pours with an alluring light gold haze and the aromas radiate from the glass carrying forth flavours of peach and mango. The bitterness has been softened just a little, creating a pillowy mouthfeel and really allowing the complex and layered tropical flavours to take centre stage.
