This super sweet and intense barley wine is brewed in collaboration with 3 Sons Brewery in Florida. They're known for the gigantic beers, rich sweet stouts and barleywines. The base recipe is quite simple, but most of the colour and flavour comes from a long boil. And then, we let the yeast do the rest of the work to turn this into a 12% boozy treat.
