This beer is true to traditional West Coast style IPA style with a firm bitterness and bold hop aromas of pine and citrus. The experimental UK hop varieties, Admiral and Jester, contribute to the piney/resinous character whilst also adding an earthy/floral aroma. The hops are backed up by the sweetness of caramelised malts which give the beer its dark copper colour.
