The Mashup is a project brought to you by Cloudwater. Inspired by our love of musical mashups, it sees eight of the UK's best breweries pair up to create collaborations based on some of their best-loved recipes, each accompanied by a joint playlist. As voted by the fans, we were paired with Polly's to mash up two of our favourite recipes together, enter SPLUR! SPLUR has taken the recipe of Polly's core favourite SPUR, a 7% DDH IPA and enhanced it with more body and hop flavour and a higher ABV taken from Overtone's PLUR recipe, a 8% DDH DIPA.

Mouthfeel is dry, smooth, balanced, easy to drink and very juicy.
Taste: Citrus, grass and fruits.
Aftertaste is dry and grassy.
For 8% DIPA this is very very easy to drink. A bit too grassy for me but otherwise very nice beer.
