My wife and I had our second kid in 2022. His name is Theodore. As per tradition, to mark the occasion we named the next unnamed beer in the schedule after him and hopped it with some of our favorite hops du jour. This ones for you buddy! Hopped with Nectaron, Talus and our hand selected Simcoe. This beer is a great freeze frame of where our IPA game was at in 2022. We are crushing HARD on these three hops right now and we love this beer definitely less than our son, but still a lot. We taste notes of pineapple, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and unconditional love.
