TsaTsaTsaa: Cocos Jambo
5.2% Sour / Wild Ale
Give me cocos, give me papaya, put pineapple in my pint. Raise the glass, take my heart and make me sour. Remember the '90s, TSATSATSAA!

Kirpsakan hapanta souria, ananaksen maku päällimmäisenä mutta hieman kevyeksi makujen puolesta kyllä jää.

Olut on väriltään kullankeltainen ja vaahdoton olut. Tuoksu on hapan, papaija tuoksuu Maku on hapan, kirpeä, papaija sekä ananas masituu. Enpäs ole pitkästä aikaa näin hapanta/kirpeää souria nauttinut, jossa meinaa ikenissä vetästä.. Liian tujua tavaraa omaan makuun.

Nyt on kyllä souri sen verran hyvä, että aloin tykkäämään näistä. Vähän semmonen rätinäpurkka mitä oli 80 90 luvulla.

After-sauna refreshment. Limpid, pale gold beer with lively carbonation produces a small-bubbled head that reaches one finger. The fizzy but significantly short retention kills the froth. It's a rapid and total death. Pineapple, orange zest, lemon pulp and a suggestion of mango can be picked in the air. Coconut is recognizable albeit subdued in the olfactory palette. Coconut climbs first on the tongue. Yet, it's still fairly moderate. Lemon overshadows pineapple and orange. Carambola adds itself to the cocktail at this stage. Wheat supports the baseline. The body is light. The finish is relatively short and citrusy. Ya-ya-ya coco jambo, ya-ya yeah; put me up, put me down, put my feet back on the ground; put me up, aftertaste, and make me happy. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, refreshing, modestly tropical and marginally acidic only. Tartness is almost absent. This doesn't pucker up my mouth at all — it's either too used to sour flavors or the beer is simply too characterless in that sense. I bet for the latter.
