The first time we made a beer of its type. Our main goal was to make a tasty but drinkable beer, and the result is a cloudy brew with notes of banana and a little bit of maltiness, while still dry and drinkable. We added an O/O twist to the traditional way by adding noble hops to the mash, of which are mostly Perle hops and a little Magnum for the bitter notes.
