A collaborative IPA with our friends from Town Brewery. We got together and brewed a beer at their brewery and one at ours. The recipes are spiritually the same, but each brewery but their own house processes into it. We used phantasm in the whirlpool, yeast that frees bound thiols and then dry hopped it with a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. It tastes like ripe tropical fruit and a medley of citrus
