Friskier Slabman is a collaboration with the British brewery Marble. We ended up brewing a robust Barley Wine, which gets its twist from 50 birch whisks infused into the mash water as well as birch sap. A dark, sweet tone is brought by muscovado sugar and as hops we selected Citra, Centennial and Galaxy. The birch whisks were put to good re-use later that night in the sauna!

Barley Wine? Hmmm on the nose it gives off strong bourbon with some brown sugar rum and coconut. Maybe this could be nice
Taste. Oh no... Flat Pepsi, plums, birch sap, cheap whisky, prescription medicine and cardboardđ. What the hell is this? I'm getting a headache. It feels like I'm mixing all of the sodas in the soda fountain and spiking it with JĂ€germeister.
I'm so sorry Fiskarsin Panimo, but this is not it.
