Brewed to celebrate the Tafwyl festival. A combination of traditional and modern. Yarrow and thyme, old Welsh "Cwrw Canu" (Singing Beer) ingredients, lemongrass and hops from modern Wales. Brewed with Best Ale Malt, Cara Malt and Challenger hops.

I am disappointed with this bottle-conditioned beer. Same as the Hay that I previously had, it's not that pleasant. Bottle conditioning doesn't work for some breweries I guess. It has an unusual flavour that is marred by the overpowering acidity. I'd definitely prefer to try this in cask form.
