Hieman humalainen, vahvasti hiilihappoa. Ei nyt mitenkään mieleenjäävä kokonaisuus. Pitää katella muitakin tuotoksia samalta panimolta.

Kova vaahtoamaan ja melko mauton. Ja myös vetinen. Ei jatkoon !

Friday starts with a semihazy, deep gold beer. The carbonation is ridiculous and childish. Its puberty angst kicks up an overwhelming, clean white head that fills the entire glass, that is up to five fingers. My dear, take it easy now! It takes time for the froth to settle down but eventually it descends to a thick moldy layer.
The scent is citrusy and slightly piney, unlike what I expect from a hazy beer. I wanted it to be juicy, why not even tropical. But no. It's not. In addition, there's a faint perfumy hint somewhere in the shadows.
The taste follows suit: grapefruit peel, lemon pith, pine needle, grass and a drop of resin. Tastewise, this is not "hazy" at all, rather a standard Session IPA with a classical West Coast twist.
The body is light minus. The end is even more bitter citrusy than before. Peel and pith big time. "Hazy" is a joke here.
Feels pithy, crisp, dry and drying, first and foremost. It's relatively effervescent and also distantly perfumy. Not exactly a winner. Just not what I hoped for.
