Our second beer Silver Back - Black Rye Ipa, Nr:2 in the PrimeMates coreseries. After gold comes silver. Silver Back is a Dark Brown bipa, with fruity hops. Good amount of rye is adding light viscosity and flavor nuanses. Medium roast, with hints of licorice balanced by an easy hop bitterness, ending with a dry and refreshing taste. Goes well with rye whiskey.
