Salty and spicy yet balanced gose! You van even taste the tomatoes and it is working even if i would not be a big fan of tomato soup. Interesting beer in a very good way! Recommendations đ

Nyt tĂ€ytyy sanoa, ettĂ€ erikoisin koskaan maistamani olut! Espanjassa asuessa olen vetĂ€nyt gazpacho-keittoa ja nyt on kyllĂ€ maku todellakin saatu pullotettua olueksi. HĂ€mmentĂ€vÀÀ! Avatessa pullon voit jo haistaa tomaatin. Maussa huomaa chilin ja valkosipulin yms yrtit ja mausteet. TĂ€ytyy antaa 5 tĂ€hteĂ€ tĂ€lle erikoisuudelle, vaikka voin kuvitella jonkun muun suuhun karmivaksi kokonaisuudeksi. Gazpachon ystĂ€vĂ€nĂ€ luulen, ettĂ€ ostan tĂ€tĂ€ toistekkin useamman pullon. Gazpacho Gose? Threat or opportunity? I'm inclined to a threat but I'll give this a chance. Who knows, maybe it's a mistake. We'll see.
Misty, brilliant shiny orange beer with fast-lived carbonation builds a minuscule-bubbled head that grows one finger tall. Soon the foamy lid is completely molten.
Salty tomato and gherkin dominate the olfactory scenery. Vinegar lingers in the background. I'm also getting a whisper of chili and especially capsaicin that tingles my nose intriguingly. Maybe a bit of lemon zest in the shadows, as well.
The taste is surprisingly nice: mild-chilied tomato with vinegar, a good amount of gherkin, lemon zest with a big pinch of salt and distant wheat malt. The chili may also be blackpepper, or both. Hmmm, well... not something that I would drink often but once it's really nice. Interesting for sure, no doubt. Definitely a walk on the wild side. I like this. đđ
The body is light. The finish is somewhat fruitier than upfront, lemon pops up boldly. I also like the slightly tingly sensation of capsaicin on my gums. Or peppery. Does the aftertaste carry out those threats I hear or is it only playing macho? And the stains on its Versace scarf, are they really just Gazpacho?
The mouthfeel is light, zesty, satiating, spiced and piquant. Neatly warming in the end. Lovely! Very innovative but also successful. It delivers what it promises. Definitely an opportunity. Glad that I tried. +0.4 extra stars for the adventurousness.

Ei kuohu. Punaiseen taittava oranssi. Todella yrttien, rautainen tuoksu, josta tomaattikin löytyy kun osaa etsiÀ. EnemmÀn tomaatin lehtinen.
KyllÀ tÀstÀ tomaattikeitto ja valkosipuli nousee. Gazpachosta onkin aikaa, nuoruuteen herkkuja. Mutta nyt alkoi tekemÀÀn mieli. Ja kyllÀ tÀmÀ aikamoinen luomus on. Hidas nautittava. KyllÀ se tomaatti ja valkosipuli on pÀÀllimmÀisenÀ. Lopussa kiva kutina kielellÀ.
On kyllÀ erikoinen. Kyl tÀmÀ on hyvÀ, mutta vaikea sanoa kuinka hyvÀ. Ei tÀtÀ oikein voi "perusbissenÀ" arvostella. Ei nÀitÀ montaa kyl jois putkeen, mutta juomisen arvoinen. Ei tÀtÀ voi verrata mihinkÀÀn.
